The property was in a very poor state, with dozens of cigarette butts scattered around, despite the listing stating that it was a smoke-free property. “Det var helt OK att sova där en natt. Stället är lite svårt att hitta i mörkret, även med GPS, för grinden är en bra bit från från huset (som är det som syns på kartan). Rummet är en tillbyggnad och frukosten som ingick var inget att hänga i julgranen (låg i ett kylskåp kvällen innan). Värden talade bara italienska och ett barn började leka tidigt på andra sidan väggen. Dessutom var det utcheckning redan klockan 10.00. Men för att komma dit, sova och sedan åka vidare var det alltså prisvärt.”

“Andrea, was a splendid Host. Attentive and thorough about our itinerary and excursions. Great restaurant recommendations and advice on what to see and eat in San Pelligrino and Bergamo. The room was positively clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for a two night stay. Breakfast was wonderful and delightful, with warm brioche and \ in house made pastries and jams. When you imagine Italian hospitality at it's best you will find Andrea :) Grazie Andrea !”

“The hotel looked like a museum with all of the statues, incredible chandeliers, mosaic tile floors and artwork lining the hallways. I love how the hotel was very historic but the spa was very contemporary. The room was good for sleeping, dark and quiet, although the pillows were not great and the mattress was harder than I find comfortable. Wonderful amenities and location. Truly the grandest of the hotels along the lake.”

“Sehr schlecht erreichbar, über Serpentinen und ntinen in die Berge, bräuchte morgens zum Flughafen 1 Stunde 25 Minuten, Stau, Stop en Go ohne Ende . Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster gegen eine Betonwand um den Berg ab zu stützen war wirklich das letzte, die Zimmer an der Vorderseite haben sicherlich eine tolle Aussicht, dort wohnen Sie auch selbst ”

“Propriétaire très accueillant mais qui n'efface pas tous les problèmes. Sdb à partager avec plusieurs personnes et non une seule. Sur hôtel. Com elle est marquée privative. Le deuxième problème est le bruit des autres locataires à plus de 23h. Et enfin le petit déjeuner inexistant !”
