The room was clean, my shampoo didn’t work though, so I used my back up shampoo. We didn’t ask for any room cleanings during our stay. Pool was great for the kids, there was periods of rain so it worked out. Parking was fine and we got spots next to the building. Breakfast we attended everyday to feed our two young kids, was happy with that. The area though seemed sketchy, so many homeless near by, they literally stare into your car as you are driving in. There seems to be an old road that they closed down so you see the homeless riding bikes into closed street. Not walkable to anything, you need to drive.

Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning.

This hotel is clean, new, and the staff is lovely. We have had to extend stays unexpectedly and they accommodated us without issue. Location is super convenient for us and why we are in town. Close to loads of restaurants and shopping and the tourist areas as well.

Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows.
