Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

Hotel com ótima apresentação, novo, com quartos confortáveis e espaçosos. Possui uma boa academia na cobertura. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter opções além de muitos pães (a única opção sem glúten era pão de queijo, e para quem não pode nem queijo nem glúten, aí fica só nas frutas). O hotel está no centro da cidade, próximo a uma área comercial e a hospitais. Definitivamente voltaria a ficar neste hotel em Bento Gonçalves.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto amplo, cama confortável, cafe da manha variado, o atendimento é excelente, nos sentimos muito bem recebidos. Unica ponto a melhorar seria a qualidade da comida servida pelo restaurante, deixa a muito a desejar. Com certeza nos hospedariamos novamente, porém não pediriamos nenhuma refeição.

O hotel é bem localizado, porém o café da manhã não era bom. Tem que melhorar a qualidade. A máquina do café muito lenta. Se formava filas pra pegar o café. Os quartos faltava uma iluminação aconchegante. O estacionamento é cobrado uma taxa. Devia estar incluído na diária.
