Rooms were ok and towels changed everyday and bed was made, but despite requesting addition hand and shower soap they were never replaced nor was the floor cleaned which was disappointing. Breakfast and evening meal was good, plenty of options. Staff were nice and friendly. Location was good close to beach, indoor market, supermarkets and bars. If a little more attention was given to the general cleanliness of the rooms it would make it a nicer hotel. Pool and outside area was nice and there was never any problems obtaining sun loungers, albeit some where a little worn and uncomfortable.

Arrived about midnight. The guy on reception was extremely helpful. He said as we'd missed dinner we could have lunch for free on our departure day or some sandwiches for our travel back home. Our room was fine. Everything you need. Shower head needed replacing as the water flow wasn't great - minor issues. Be aware that if there's 3 people in the room, you still get 2 large double beds. We were 3 large men and it wasn't an issue. Food was great, plenty of choice and quality was very good. When I stay in that part of benidorm again, I'd be happy to stay in the Flash again. Great value for money.

Great location and plenty of happy hours and choice of food. Poolside good and poolside activities provided by Millie @ Funtastic well worth joining in. Bar staff friendly. If you've gone unique package its a nice surprise as didn't know about the upgrade, just dont forget to tell reception if you want the late check out or you'll get your knuckles rapped.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

Oscar booked us in and we were upgraded which was nice , we were on 9th floor at the front could see the sea too and opposite Morgan’s , but noisy at night but didn’t bother us , food was ok my friend was gluten free not great selection but staff tried to accommodate with cereal n bread. Had great holiday. Hotel Flash in good location near beach, shops and bars. Rooms comfortable big beds. Fridge, safe, make-up mirror hairdryer power shower, large gel/shampoo. Staff all friendly and efficient. Good selection of food in restaurant.

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for. **Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one

Great hotel with amazing staff!

Our stay was amazing, lovely modern hotel with great pool area! Staff are so so friendly and make your stay even better ☺️ entertainment is on everyday which is great fun and evenings spent in the flash bar are fab. The rooms were great size and nice and clean. I’d say the breakfast food was perfect, lunch and dinner was okay always something there for everyone but only area I’d say could be improved. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here, perfect location and overall great hotel! Will be back next time in benidorm

Good points: Clean room with a good view. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast . Good location. Good bar area. Bad points : Night staff rude and disrespectful and incompetent . All tea and coffee in the room was extra cost. All water was extra cost. All drinks machines turned off for evening meals. Very limited gluten free options ( bread roll and a brownie ) Unreliable elevators . Don’t expect much sun on the pool. With just a few tweaks it could be a good hotel but the penny pinching let it down for us .
