The main lodge check-in was nice enough, and the grounds were well kept, but our room felt dated. There was bubbling paint in the shower, and it looked like they tried to clean up some mold on the ceiling. The walls were also very thin, and we were kept awake by noise from the people above us. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The lodge room we had is clean and comfortable, but quite dated. The furniture is worn, the refrigerator works, but the freezer does not. The location is great! Golf courses are well maintained and challenging. The hiking trail by the river is lovely. We had a nice time, the bed was comfortable. Just be aware of the room conditions.

The room needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor was dirty, the towel bars are hanging nearly off the wall. The hide a bed had crackers under the cushions. The furniture needs to be updated. The bed however was comfortable and the bedding was good. The inside pool was also very nice.

The property and our room's view of the golf course was lovely. The room itself is very dated. Although clean, it everything is very worn. It's fine for a night or two but I probably would not stay longer than that.

It’s an older property in fairly good shape. The staff was excellent! The rooms are worn with very short outdated toilets. Showers were effective but needed the tile refurbished or cleaned. Beds were comfortable and standard amenities satisfactory. Need new pillows! Pool/spa area excellent , as well as the grounds. No newspapers, as advertised. Golf courses were excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Oregon.

The room had a strange smell just walking in. The bathroom’s shower head pressure really wasn’t the best, it was really strong to where it hurt my scalp. It did look fairly clean so I appreciated that. There also seemed to be plenty of hair in the furniture which also was questionable. We did love the amenities like the pool and spa pool. The staff was also really friendly, when we told them about our room card not letting us in, and they were quick to help. Not sure if we would come back though.

Decided to stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend so we could enjoy the spa. Booked two massages and a facial a month in advance with Pat. Called twice to make sure it was on the schedule per his recommendation. On the day of the treatment the arrived a half hour early, only to find they had no record of our reservation and said “it must have been erased”. It was extremely frustrating since we planned our stay and day around these treatments. The staff offered no compensation for this mishandling. I was able to get a facial, but we decided to book a couples massage in Bend. The furniture in the rooms was peeling old leather from the coffee table and headboard of the bed, which got it our bedding. The toilet seat was the wrong size for our toilet, and the tp holder was coming out of the wall on one side. This place is definitely affordable, but we probably won’t stay here again.

We haven’t stayed at the lodge in a long time… here are my observations… Pros: The exterior grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room appeared to have new flooring and fresh paint Comfortable beds Clean Friendly staff Cons: The microwave didn’t work The hairdryer didn’t work ( maintenance did replace both in a timely manner) The rooms need some attention… tv is about the size of a large computer screen ( very small), no artwork or character, the headboards were scratched up, the vent for the heat/ac was full of dust, lint, paint chips… Also… old place so you can hear all your neighbors …noisy ( and smell their marijuana vapes on the balcony, ugh) I like Eagle Crest Resort but prefer to rent the condos, probably won’t stay at the lodge again.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cafe for breakfast was delicious. We did not like that we had to drive to the locations of the hot tub/pool, we assumed it was connected to area rooms are located, but it’s not.
