My husband and I ended up at Juniper Preserve on short notice after an issue at another resort in the area. We loved the scenery, the pool area was perfect, and the staff at both the resort and the Trailhead Grill restaurant were super friendly. It was a bit upscale yet also comfortable, and we will definitely visit again! Loved it!

Facility itself was absolutely beautiful. Loved the outdoor landscape and fire pits with comfortable chairs. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was clean and loved the lack of chemicals. All that being said, it’s not a luxury resort. It was lacking basic amenities. Broken and few bikes. Staff doesn’t know where you can bike. Coffee shop was out of milk. Restaurant over priced. No room service. Staff really need to concentrate on Customer Service.

Beautiful hotel and setting. It’s pretty far from town but it makes for a very relaxed and peaceful setting. Great place to golf with a group! Nice big rooms. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Really friendly staff. Didn’t have a chance to try the spa. Dinner in the restaurant was just ok.

The view from our room was stunning, as was the entire property. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was a great alternative to enjoying the Bend area since we usually stay in-town. Juniper Preserve was a lovely spot to treat ourselves! Very serene.
