I’ve complained to the manager who doesn’t seem to care. I’ve also heard the manager be extremely rude so I believe it’s the culture of the work environment and being rude to guest is perfectly acceptable. After this last week of staying there I went to corporate and although they seemed empathetic, I’ve heard nothing. I am now staying at a different hotel and will never stay there again.

I had automotive issues as my vehicle was broken down on the highway so i couldnt make the trip to redmond Oregon. Called the hotel to try to cancel. They said only expedia could cancel reservation. And turns out i could not contact your company thru website. I am so disappointed in your company there are hardly words to express it. So even with a situation not of ones control, yall make impossible to cancel, just to keep my money. Guessing i have dropped close to 20 grand with your company iver the years. I will never use expedia again, and will tell everyone i know how your company treated me. Enjoy my money for nothing!
