From arrival until departure Jennifer was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival, gave me a tour of the hotel and ammenities, and showed us to our rooms. Knowing we were going to a wedding she offered to steam refresh all the girls dresses. A very kind lady and a beautiful hotel. Great stay and a wonderful experience.

Parking was excellent. There were only two other cars there all night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Unable to get any hot water at all!! AC was good. No elevator that I ever saw. High ceilings so lots of stairs. Not good for handicapped.
