Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, visto que ficamos 2 dias sem limpeza e troca e toalhas, fomos informados na recepção que a limpezados quartos ocorre somente a partir das 14 h, mas nesse horário ja retornamos para descanso, após uma manhã de passeios. O barulho de pessoas na rua lateral durante a noite e madrugada atrapalhou muito nosso descanso.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bom cafe da manhã e equipe muito solícita. Fiquei no terceiro andar, porém muito barulho na rua e o quarto não tinha um isolamento efetivo. Fora isso foi tudo ok

Bom custo benefício. Hotel parece ser antigo. Atende bem para quem só vai usar o hotel para dormir. Podiam melhorar um pouco mais a aparência do banheiro, apensar da ducha ser muito boa. Precisa também melhorar as toalhas de banho. Localização é ótimo, a noite dá para ir aos bares da sábado a pé. Para poucas noites ok. Para hospedagem mais longas não recomendo pelo café da manhã, que quase nao tem variação. Tudo quase igual nos dias 3 dias que estive.
