Hotel ótimo, confortável, bem localizado. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Única observação a fazer, é que um dia a pessoa que realizou a arrumação do quarto não teve o devido cuidado, deixou um cobertor largado em cima da cama.

Gostei do lugar, achei um pouco confusa a entrada, porque fica dentro de um mini shopping. Na reserva aparecia a opção de estacionamento no local, no entanto é cobrado a parte. Tirando isso o lugar é muito bom

Hotel tem quarto confortável, serviço de quarto bom. Café da manhã é muito ruim. Salgados duros, pareciam velhos, poucas opções de pães, demoram de repor alimentos, a única coisa que tinha quente era o pão de queijo, o café e o leite. Pelo café da manhã, não voltaria.

Recomendo e voltaremos!

Fechamos duas diárias para um final de semana em BH. A localização do hotel é ótima pois tem fácil acesso ao Minas Shopping. O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. No primeiro quarto que ficamos o ar condicionado estava com vazamento (o que é comum de acordo com o uso) e a equipe agiu com rapidez disponibilizando outro quarto. Nota 10 para o café da manhã que tem várias opções e o horário vai até as 10h. Na primeira noite jantamos na pizzaria que fica dentro do hotel, nota 10 pelo atendimento, sabor e preço!

Boa de maneira geral. Atendentes cordiais, cama grande, chuveiro ok. Cafe da manha pessimo, o leite quente estava azedo, saía na xicara talhado, pães velhos e duros em Minas e comi o pior pao de queijo da minha vida.

Muito bom!

O atendimento da recepção seria 10 se não fosse uma ultima funcionária que encontrei na recepção. Desde o primeiro atendimento foi tudo perfeito! Porém, numa manhã que estava andando pela recepção, estava faltando copo na frente do pote de água e UMA das recepcionistas falou para EU PEDIR para o garçom do restaurante, ao invés DELA pedir, visto que era para os copos estarem lá. Fora isso, atendimento nota 10 para TODOS os outros. Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente agradável. Deveriam apenas construir na calçada (ou solicitar da prefeitura) um recuo para embarque e desembarque. TAmbém é necessário dar uma caprichada na limpeza das paredes do quarto e ralos. Mas a estadia foi ótima.
