O quarto apresentava limpeza adequada; entretanto, o teto do banheiro exibia mofo e uma perfuração. As imagens divulgadas não correspondem à realidade do local. A estrutura do hotel é notavelmente antiga, com paredes danificadas e massa corrida em desprendimento. O jardim de inverno encontra-se ressecado, com madeiras deterioradas, conferindo um aspecto de abandono. Foram observadas baratas no corredor, e uma delas permaneceu no local por três dias. O secador de cabelo emitia ruído, mas não funcionava. O chuveiro apresentava falha no disjuntor durante o uso, resultando em interrupção do aquecimento da água. Lamentavelmente, a experiência geral foi insatisfatória, especialmente considerando que a acomodação designada como "quarto luxo" não atendia a essa descrição.

Local limpo, pessoal da recepção atencioso. O problema foi no café da manhã. Cheguei para o café as 8:00 , não tinha café, xícaras nem pratos..., algum tempo depois foi colocado uma nova garrafa de café, porém o café ja veio frio, foi informado para a moça que estava repondo o café da manhã e ela simplesmente ignorou a informação.

Hotel razoável, porém deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. Os funcionários da recepção foram pouco prestativos; por exemplo, precisei de um simples abridor e, ao solicitar ajuda, nem sequer se dispuseram a verificar se havia um disponível. Também tentei estender minha diária já no momento da contratação para garantir minha estadia, mas isso não foi possível. A extensão só foi autorizada no momento do check-out, o que gerou insegurança durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã é bastante fraco. Por volta das 9h já havia pouquíssimas opções disponíveis e não houve reposição adequada dos itens. Outro ponto negativo é a estrutura do quarto: encontrei apenas uma tomada no quarto e uma no banheiro. A tomada do quarto fica próxima ao banheiro, o que me obrigou a deixar o celular carregando longe da cama. Além disso, os hóspedes são bastante barulhentos. Fui acordada muito cedo por conversas e portas batendo. No geral, considero que vale a pena investir um pouco mais e optar por um hotel com melhor estrutura, atendimento e conforto.

O Hotel é muito bom, principalmente pela localização, a equipe é excelente, o ambiente, as acomodações e tudo o que oferecem. sempre gostamos de ficar lá. A única coisa que senti falta foi da piscina, que está interditada. Gosto de lá, principalmente por causa da piscina... Que pena!

Hotel com preço baixo, serviços e comodidades de acordo com isto; um probleminha- leve/ com o atraso no check In: dia santo, provavelmente poucos funcionários, mas um atraso levemente explicável. Café da manhã normal, ok, para hotéis, mas não havia material para comer granola ( somente aqueles pratos de café. Devido ao atraso no check In,não havia toalha que foi posteriormente fornecida, mas, somente a de banho.

Péssima experiência, cheguei no hotel e a gente tinha que subir uma escada c as malas pesadas, chegamos no quarto, tinha mofo nas paredes, um buraco no teto na parte do chuveiro, no outro dia, deixamos a chave na recepção para limparem o quarto, nem trocaram as toalhas, e ainda ENTUPIRAM O VASO, tivemos que trocar de quarto, chegando no outro, tinha outro buraco no teto, paredes mofadas, e ainda tinha resto de fezes no vaso sanitário. Fora o pão de queijo do café da manhã, TODOS OS DIAS, os pães estavam queimados, péssima experiência, nunca mais.

Péssima experiência, logo na entrada nos deparamos com hóspedes reclamando sobre os fortes cheiros no quarto e nenhum apoio prestado. O atendimento deplorável, de uma grande desumanidade e indiferença com os hóspedes. E de fato ao chegar ao quarto cheiro MUITO FORTE DE CLORO na FALHA tentativa de disfarçar o cheiro de mofo. Piscina suja. E para PIORAR, quando chegamos que descobrimos que o estacionamento não era incluso no valor da diária, porque como se diz bem a “gerente” o fato da informação de estacionamento na plataforma estar como disponível não quer dizer que seja gratuito, no entanto a informação deveria ser mais transparente, o que dá entender como falta de clareza, uma vez que há várias interpretações possíveis.

A experiência foi mediana,o check in e check out foram rápidos.O tamanho do quarto é bom,porém precisa de alguns reparos,parede descascando,local de um vidro tinha um papel pregado com durex para tampar,não tem cortinas,dificultando dormir por conta da claridade.Quando chegamos no quarto não tinha nenhuma toalha,procurei alguém para repor e não encontrei,tive que descer na recepção e pedir,ficaram de entregar e nada,encontrei uma funcionária que me falou que a lavanderia tinha avisado que iria demorar que iria ver o que conseguia fazer ou seja parecia que era um artigo de luxo,tamanha dificuldade,quando enfim recebi somente as toalhas de banho as condições não eram boas.No outro dia saímos a maior parte do dia e quando chegamos o quarto não foi limpo. O café da manhã é razóavel. O ponto forte do hotel é a localização,perto de vários comercios e pontos turísticos.
