This hotel has affordable valet parking and a great location in the middle of downtown with great access to everything including the municipal park. The building is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Overall a great stay at a good value.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Excelente localização, aproximadamente 400m da rodoviária, do mercado central e basílica de são José. Perto do shopping cidade e outros pontos. Quartos confortáveis, apenas o banheiro q eu acho q precisaria de uma reforma, visto q sobe um cheiro de esgoto, mas nada q torne impossível a estadia. Dois móveis precisam ser trocados pq incharam pela umidade, aí ficam feio no quarto q é Belo e limpo. Café da manhã farto, horário excelente, a partir das 6h. Ar condicionado funcionando, acústica boa. A TV nao consegui conectar à canais tradicionais, mas talvez eu q não soube usar. O elevador é um ponto incrível de segurança, só sobe qm tem o cartão de hospedagem, pq precisa dele para selecionar o andar, ou seja, hóspedes não entram. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e gentis.

Péssimo atendimento na chegada pelo funcionário Dirceu, muito hostil, nada solicito, eu sou deficiente e sou sra de 65 anos, nao ajudou c as malas, solicitei estacionamento disse q estava lotado e que eu procurasse no Google e no waze. Os demais funcionários muito gentis, cafe maravilhoso, limpeza do quarto ok. O gerente deveria rever a permanência de um funcionário com esse perfil.

O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, mudar as preparações com mais frequência para que hóspedes que ficam mais tempo não abusem. Outra sugestão seria substituir a salsicha, nada saudável, por frango desfiado ou carne moída, proteínas muito boas para serem incluídas pela manhã. Aliás, esse negócio de salsicha em hotel é muito antigo e nada bom!

O hotel é excelente, sempre que vamos a BH nos hospedamos, é próximo da rodoviária, praça da estação, mercado municipal, parque municipal, feira hippie aos domingos. O quarto é muito confortável, banheiro com ducha muito boa, com amenidades, café da manhã completo, os colaboradores são muito educados e prestativos.

Boa localização-centrão de BH- bom hotel, limpo, organizado, só não gostei da questão de ter que pagar a parte a garagem-40 reais— Achei que já estava na diária. Acho conveniente destacar isto na descrição do hotel para a reserva. Só escolhi este hotel devido a esta questão. No resto, café muito bom, lugar- rua - relativamente segura à noite. Tava meio cismado com isso. Boa experiência.
