Comfortable bed, helpful female receptionist.

Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags... Room was clean, freshly painted and clean white sheets - only couple of comments to make - was toilet & shower was small, not good for larger tourists but Ok for us - has a small desk, but thought lighting in the room coukd of been a bit better... Has a TV with a moveable arm, plus a remote - suited us, for our 2 night stay.....

Das Badezimmer war war ein Ensemble aus Plastik, welches man in einer Ecke des Zimmers untergebracht hatte. Man beachte den integrierten Aschenbecher (Rauchen war derzeit nicht erlaubt), welcher einen Hinweis auf das Datum der Installation gibt. Die ToilettenspĂŒlung schloss nach ihrer BetĂ€tigung meist den Wasserauslass nicht, und man musste den Deckel abnehmen und am GestĂ€nge rĂŒtteln. Die Wand Richtung ParkplĂ€tue mit dem kleinen Fenstet (roter Vorhang) schien aus Holz oder Pappmachee zu sein. Die Kaffeemaschine gab zuĂ€chst nur Milch statt Cappucino bzw. heißes Wasser statt Kaffee aus, wurde aber vom fachkundigen Personal repariert. Ich vergaß beim Badezimmer zu erwĂ€hnen, dass es unter der Dusche schwierig bis unmöglich war, sich einzuseifen ohne den Duschvorhang mit einzuseifen.

Pas de climatisation

Alors chambres réservées pour la climatisation et a notre arrivee on nous annonce que la clim marche a minima . Résultat la climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout pour les chambres 70 et 71 . Apres discussion avec des autres personnes les climatisations sont défectueuse sur plusieurs chambres et aucun coup de fil de l hotel afin de nous prevenir sinon j airais annulé mes chambres

Séjour horrible j ai réservé cet établissement car il était note climatisé mais aucune climatisation un simple souffle d air qui sort mais ne rafraßchit pas l hÎtel est au courant du dysfonctionnement car propose des ventilateurs.....32.5 dans la chambre pour dormir. La propreté un coup sur les portes serait le bienvenue

ProblĂšme de rĂ©servation. J’ai payĂ© deux chambres alors que j’en ai utilisĂ© qu’une. Le site de rĂ©servation m’a demandĂ© de rĂ©server Ă  nouveau pour cause de carte bancaire virtuelle et j’ai eu le prix de deux chambres dĂ©bitĂ©. La gĂ©rante devait s’occuper de ce problĂšme et je n’ai malheureusement eu aucun retour depuis. C’est malhonnĂȘte. Je suis vraiment déçu. J’ai dĂ©jĂ  fait une rĂ©clamation mais aucune rĂ©ponse. C’est inadmissible. Pour le reste, ça allait.

Bien pour le prix

Nous avons pris une chambre pour une nuit histoire de ne pas faire 2h45 de route en pleine nuit pour rentrer chez nous. Personnel accueillant. La literie Ă©tait confortable et le petit dĂ©jeuner convenable. La salle de douche mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e. Mais pour une nuit... Que demander de plus !
