“it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). “Hotellet er i sin helhed godt til prisen og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Der var en del musik der støjede fra naboer, hvilket gjorde det svært at falde i søvn, hvilket var et stort minus for hotellet.”

“We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively”

“Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable. ”

“Fint opphold på dette hotellet”

“This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. “Cozy ”

“The property is remote and beautifully removed from all noise and light pollution. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to interact with as they are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location for the discerning traveler who is not intimidated by remote locations and rough terrain in accessing the property. ”

“Personal muy amable y atento. ”

“Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”

“Stunning location and lovely room with friendly staff.”

“great pool close enough to national park but hotel is a little tired”

“景色は素晴らしいが、エレベーターがないので不便です。換気が上手くいってないのか、料理の匂いが部屋でも気になりました。”
