The accommodation was quiet, clean and spacious - just what we were looking for. Christine was helpful and friendly during the check in process. The property is situated on an attractive leafy avenue and we were able to walk to the city centre.

Great location with an easy walk to the city center and places to eat close by. We enjoyed having the apartment with a nice kitchen, washing machine, and convenient parking. Great communication as well. I highly recommend the Ulsterville Residences if you plan on making a trip to Belfast.

Little bit away from the city centre near Queens, but as we were there during some disturbances, it was lovely being in a lovely residential area. Apartment was spacious, washing machine, dishwasher etc Lots of USB cable points . Really nice and comfortable

Quite simply a really good place to stay - beautiful building - well kept and maintained inside and out. Spacious - so much better than a hotel room. Close to the centre, but far enough out to park a car without issue.
