Outstanding stay! The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and bars are all great. Your concierge team was truly amazing! Mike helped us a few times with parking, booking activities, directions etc - ALWAYS with a smile 💗 These guys deserve a raise - they honestly make the difference between a 4 star rating and a 5 star rating!

An amazing outstanding hotel super staff front desk was more than willing to help. Housekeeping was unbelievable… Absolutely a fantastic place to stay walk ability was unbelievable and if you go, don’t miss the black cab tour.

The location was perfect to get around Belfast. The bathroom decor was stunning, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good despite being very busy. Parking was a bit of concern but with valet service it worked out.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was wonderful - spacious and an enormous bed! Blackout curtains were excellent. Bathroom had separate bath and shower. Room was clean and tidy with only complaint being that the mirrors (which were tiled, so took significant space on the walls) were very dirty. Aside from this, this was a wonderful hotel. Would recommend.

The staff of the Fitzwilliam delivered a truly 5 star experience. The check-in experience, dining & concierge staff, and the housekeeping team far exceeded our expectations. The majority of the facilities were in good working order and appearance, just had a frayed carpet in the middle of our room entry area. We will definitely be back when traveling to Belfast.
