Staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, the bar was good, does serve food and if you don't fancy it theres only a short walk to town. Would stay again.

I was at this location for four nights. It was in a great location. Directly across the street from the titanic museum and only a short taxi ride to central Belfast. Super clean and convenient self service laundry facilities. And helpful staff!

The rooms are very nice. I like the modern look. It’s near the port and so close to the airport. If you are interested in the Titanic, this is the place for you as it across the street from the museum. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food served in the restaurant was very tasty.

The staff were excellent and were knowledgeable about the area and were great with booking taxis etc. The location is excellently placed for The Titanic Museum, Nomadic, Titanic Hotel, HMS Caroline, The Maritime Way, 02 and the Glass of Thrones (Game of Thrones Stained Glass Window Trail) and it’s a 15 to 20 minute walk along the Maritime Way over the Langan Bridge to Belfast City Centre. Throughly recommend the hotel and it’s staff and we would definitely stay again. Just bring a rain coat and a brolly the weather in Belfast can be very changeable!

The neatest of the building, the view from the windows are amazing ,the only problem is you have to always activate your room card anytime you come back from outside if not you can’t get access to the room and that’s quite stressful.

Excellent location — directly opposite the Titanic Experience and museum. It’s a pleasant 20–30 minute walk to the city centre along the river walkway. The hotel is also close to the arena, which was really handy for food. There are several well‑known restaurants on site, plus bowling, a cinema and an arcade, making it ideal for keeping children entertained on a rainy day. The rooms were spacious, modern and had everything you need. My only slight gripe was breakfast. The food itself and the range of options were good, but much of it was left uncovered, and I noticed several flies around the breads, pastries, fruit salad, cheese and meats — which unfortunately put me off completely.

The staff were hampered by IT issues at the time of my stay, but they remained professional, friendly and polite throughout focussing on customer service. Beautiful property, expensive but reflected in the property throughout the communal areas and my room. Fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows, private parking all fantastic. Noisy guests near me but that's not the fault of the hotel or its staff.
