Location was good. Breakfast was very nice. It would be nice if the receptionists used Google Translate for foreign visitors, instead of just leave it up to us. Because they all have a mobile phone and wifi, but instead they just say no. Parking is limited. Wifi is more off than on.

Não gostei da minha estadia no hotel ipê. Pelo valor cobrado, a estadia foi horrível. Quarto pequeno, travesseiro velho, péssimo e baixo (acordei com uma dor de cabeça terrível); banheiro extremamente pequeno e desconfortável (foi difícil tomar banho), ar condicionado (antigo) e ruim. Garagem longe e dificultou pegar bagagem que ficou no carro por esquecimento, no geral, bem ruim. O café da manhã posso qualificar como muito bom. A única coisa boa. Mas, nunca mais me hospedarei lá. Me senti desrespeitada e injustiçada quanto ao valor pago. Merecia ressarcimento.

A experiência foi péssima. O quarto tinha instalações muito antigas, a cama parecia ortopédica de tão dura, e os travesseiros aparentavam ter mais de 10 anos de uso, estavam desgastados e amarelados. Pelo menos as fronhas e a roupa de cama estavam limpas. No entanto, o banheiro também apresentou problemas: ao tomar banho, mesmo com o box fechado, a água vazava para dentro do quarto. A pia do banheiro fica fora do banheiro, dentro do quarto, o que não seria um problema, mas a higiene deixava muito a desejar. Dentro do ralo da pia havia muita sujeira, incluindo restos de fio dental e cabelos. Todos esses pontos foram registrados por meio de fotos e apresentados aos funcionários do hotel assim que percebidos, mas, infelizmente, nenhuma providência foi tomada. Experiência ruim, e não pretendo voltar.
