Hotel tem pontos altos e baixos. Positivo para a localização, a simpatia da equipe diurna, o espaço da acomodação, bons jogos de cama e de banho e boa pressão da água. Negativo para o Café da Manhã, que é muito limitado e repetitivo, a equipe noturna não é tão simpática quanto a diurna, faltam uma lixeira no quarto (só tem no banheiro e de tamanho pequeno) e interruptores de luz junto às camas; também é interessante revisar a estrutura de escoamento da água no banheiro, pois ela não desce pelo ralo e fica acumulada no Box.

Os serviços do hotel precisam melhorar. Apesar da equipe prestativa, faltou papel higiênico e toalha de rosto no banheiro. No café da manhã, as vezes faltavam talheres e pratos ou não repunham alguma comida. A rua é bem deserta, o que faz o hotel ser bem calmo, mas também pode dar insegurança, especialmente à noite. Há boas opções de restaurantes no bairro e um hiper mercado próximo.

Ótimo atendimento, localização muito boa, quarto muito confortável, além de ter sabonete cheiroso (diferente dos demais hotéis que o sabonete tem cheiro de sabão) tem shampoo e sabão para lavar as mãos. Só precisam corrigir a distância do hotel para o aeroporto.
