Horrible hotel in a mall. Bought the 4 stars

Horrible hotel in a mall. Bought the 4 stars Arrived and told the room had no windows so had to upgrade. We asked why it wasn't offered on the app and started looking for another hotel. They said they will give us a discount and considering we were running out of time due to a meeting we took the stain filled (with poor warm water) room. The manager tried to give us the room at full price (after the discount was offered) and thankfully blocked him as he was trying to organize the scam (have enough Chinese to understand him). Don't go there
