Spacious room but insulation poor (loud neighbours as well!) and bed (especially pillows) are not supporting good sleep, No coffee machine in the room, no cable tv either and the fitness room so so (small and not sufficient for more than 3 people), hotel misses ambiance. Overall, price quality is not balanced.”

“The hotel, location and facilities were good. Let down by staff confusion over discounts and over a week later, no invoice and they are still holding my deposit, despite a message to remind them, which is still unanswered. Really not acceptable from a large hotel chain!”

“Good location for the convention centre and rooms a good size for a few day stay. Check in staff were super helpful and friendly throughout the stay which wad appreciated. I would stay again if in Darwin.”
