Property was ok. I needed somewhere for me and my family to stay due to power outages at home from storm. Room was nice size. There were no sheets or pillows for pull out sofa bed and front desk clerk acted like he didn't want to accommodate but then gave me 2 flat sheets for the sofa bed, no pillows no blanket. Tub stopper did not work to hold water to bathe my 7 month old grandson. TV did not work 1st night of being there and front clerk told me I would have to wait until the next day for maintenance, so we could not watch TV. Beds were not comfortable at all. I ended up checking out a day earlier but because I checked out an hour after check out time I was not refunded but I bet my room was cleaned and made available to for the next customer to book. I checked out 1 day early because my power was restored at home so I decided to be in my own comfortable home, how was I supposed to know when power would be restored? Overall, experience was not good or comfortable. The most weird thing at this hotel was a guy hanging out right at the entrance smoking a cigarette and drinking a beer trying to follow one of my daughters to the elevator. She then called me and I had to go downstairs to meet her to make sure she was safe. So yeah I would never stay at this hotel again.

My stay was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous and very respectful of my personal items and my privacy. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing i might mention in the tub there is need of a slip resistant mat placed on the floor of the tub with a pull up hand rail for safety reassurance. I would return to this location in the future if i need a good clean place to stay. Thank you!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. This past stay, my deposit was held because cough syrup was accidentally dumped on the sheets. White sheets that could very easily be bleached. The room was not destroyed in any way, the mattress was not stained, and the room was overall fairly clean when we left. I don’t think that a water based cough syrup stain warranted a $100 charge. I tried cooperate and I also tried the hotel management but have been unsuccessful. I doubt a new set of sheets costs $100. I won’t be staying here again.

Nice, room for improvement.

The place was quite nice. However, because they are kitchenettes, there can be odd food odors, that are strong. The breakfast include a limited options, minimal continental. But the omelets are pretty good.

The price was decent. The card machine was having issues, i was charged twice. The toilet seat broke, i called & no one ever came to fix it. The water isnt hot enough. They did offer a free breakfast which was cool. But i wont stay again.

Nice place to stay

Overall good hotel. Stayed here twice recently. Beds are some of the best at a hotel. Hallways were musky smelling but other than that clean. Service is great. Will stay here again if back in the area.

I paid for my stay through Expedia. The hotel clerk was only supposed to charge me for a hundred dollar deposit, instead she charged me $ 365.00 dollars which wasn’t correct amount of my stay anyway. I’m filling charges. If I was able rate 0 than I would.
