Lovely little hotel. We enjoyed a simple one night stop over during a walking weekend. Our little twin room was very quirky with original Victoria beds which gave Bednobs and Broomsticks vibes. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy, and breakfast was just the right size to fuel us for another morning's walking. Great value for money!

A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside! The service is excellent. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and dinner were freshly prepared and ample. Note to Bishopsgate: Please can you supply bin in bedroom for paper and plastics recycling?

We had a smaller room in the eaves. Though priced accordingly it was not a pleasant experience to be always wary of banging our heads. However, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, and the breakfast was excellent.

A welcome mini break in Anglesey

A lovely place to stay with really friendly and helpful staff. We had a room at the top with a sea view. We ate there each night during our 3 night stay. The food was excellent.
