“Room was clean and comfortable. Could use a microwave and a more comfortable lounge chair. Convenient location for traveling to different places. Didn’t really deal with the staff, other than checking in. That went well, overall would revisit this hotel.”

“The hotel is 20 minutes away from the downtown core but it was an easy drive to other areas of the Avalon Peninsula. There is a Moxie and Denny’s in the hotel and Tim Horton’s a few minutes walk away. On entering, the lobby is clean and modern. Staff were friendly and engaging. In the room, it was clean and spacious. Only problem we had was in the washroom where the shower stall was dirty along the base and the dirt was coming off. It was the seal that was rubbing off. “The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about...
