Horrível

Por ser um flat, não tinha nenhum utensílio a disposição. Solicito na recepção e não tinham pra fornecer, nem se quer copo descartáveis. Chuveiro emtupido e jogando água na parede...eu desmontei o chuveiro e fiz a limpeza necessária para um bom funcionamento.

Precisam melhorar

Precisam pensar em acessibilidade . Tive que subir as escadas que dão acesso ao hall com a bagagem , sem a ajuda de ninguem. Falta manutenção nos apartamentos. Tive que trocar de apart pq o botão da descarga estava quebrado e o telefone não funcionava. No segundo apart o controle da televisão não funcionava, assim como a tomada da cozinha. As banquetas estavam rasgadas. Alguns produtos servidos no café da manhã não estavam frescos

Experiência razoável. O Flat tem muito que melhorar na aparência e limpezas de carpete, saguão, elevador. O ar condicionado do quarto não conseguiu refrescar todo o ambiente portanto a saleta estava insuportável e não tinha como trabalhar com notebook devido ao calor.

Ok para ruim

Se desse tempo, talvez tivesse aproveitado o piscina. Quarto bem sujo e com iluminação ruim. Isolamento acústico não existe. Ar condicionado muito velho e ruidoso, atrapalha o sono. No mais, as cortinas isolam bastante a claridade, o quarto é espaçoso e tem bastante espaço.

Minha estadia no Saint Paul Bauru, foi uma verdadeira decepção. O estado do quarto deixou muito a desejar. O ambiente estava claramente negligenciado, com móveis desgastados e manchados, o chuveiro que era quente demais, além de um cheiro persistente de mofo. A limpeza com poeira visível em áreas de fácil acesso. Além disso,o meu namorado ao entrar no banho conseguiu encontrar uma pulga na pele dele, o que é inaceitável em um estabelecimento que se intitula um hotel de qualidade. O serviço de alimentação foi outro ponto MUITO fraco. O café da manhã incluído era uma decepção total, com opções limitadas e alimentos de qualidade duvidosa. Estavam descobertos, em alguns momentos eu visualizei os bichinhos pousando. O ovo estava passado, com aspecto de água. Não tinha suco natural, apenas de saquinho ( e estava ruim). A falta de variedade e alimento fresco tornou a refeição uma experiência desagradável. Além disso, o restaurante do hotel estava vazio. A localização do hotel foi a única parte boa da estadia, pois o hotel encontra-se em uma avenida de fácil acesso e com bares e restaurantes para a alimentação. No geral, minha experiência foi extremamente insatisfatória. A combinação de serviço de má qualidade, quarto negligenciado tornou minha estadia desagradável e frustrante. Certamente não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém em busca de uma estadia confortável e agradável.

Ótimo custo benefício

Um bom hotel. Ótima localização. Os quartos são bem espaçosos. Problemas pontuais de manutenção ocorreram mas foram solucionados. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e caprichado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e muito educados. O atendimento é excelente. O hotel aceita pet, o que é um diferencial entre outro hotéis da cidade. O único problema foi colchão e sofá-cama que precisam de renovação, mas foram substituídos.

Minha casinha em Bauru 🥰❤️

Fiquei hospedada três noites nesse apart-hotel que é um pouco antigo e falta cuidar de alguns pequenos detalhes que fariam diferença para os mais exigentes, como atualizar as roupas de cama e banho e ter suporte para shampoo e sabonete no box. O café da manhã é bem simples e com poucas opções, mas o suficiente para se alimentar bem. A localização é muito boa com bares e restaurantes próximos e tem um supermercado maravilhoso bem pertinho! Funcionários cordiais e solícitos! Eu adorei o meu “mini apartamento” com quarto confortável, banheiro e sala em dois ambientes com uma pequena copa! Também tem um microondas no primeiro andar que fica disponível para os hóspedes. Excelente localização, excelente custo x benefício e se um dia eu precisar voltar a cidade com certeza ficarei hospedada nele, foi sim a minha casinha em Bauru!!! Super recomendo!!!

Bom para uma rápida estadia.

O hotel é simples, funcionários extremamente educados e simpáticos, porém o café da manhã super simples, mas com reposição constante dos itens, a rua é bem barulhenta, mesmo eu estando no 7 andar e por $15 a mais na diária encobtra-se opções mais vantajosas.Lembrando que, embora o app bonifique após a 10 diária de hotel, o próprio app cobra mais caro que reservando direto no hotel, ou seja, não tem jantar grátis!!

Não foi das mais agradáveis... O colchão muito mole e velho, acordamos com dores no corpo todo. Chuveiro velho e sujo, a água ia toda pra parede, não vinha no corpo da gente, péssimo. Café da manhã muito fraco. Já paguei valores menores e tive uma melhor experiência em outro lugar. Decepcionada
