This is our 2nd stay at the hotel. The staff are amazing people, very friendly and always willing to help to make the stay more enjoyable. From the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff. The property is well maintained, pool area is very inviting and the grandchildren loved swimming there. The food was delicious, wait staff very friendly and the bartenders were awesome at making drinks and just service.

Nice comfortable beds and pillows. There were no plugs for one side of the bed, which made plugging in a phone to charge difficult. The fact that the “incidentals” shop was located on a different floor than the lobby was inconvenient. The room was very clean and quiet. It was nice not having the hotel located next to the interstate because there was no traffic noise. Overall, a nice stay

I chose it because my family was staying there for a few days because of a funeral. It was expensive. It did NOT include breakfast, did not have a microwave in the room and parking was on the far end of the other side of the building, not close to the rooms. I wanted to use their guest computer to confirm my airline tickets, it was not working. No 24 hour coffee made available to guests. These are facts not subjective opinions. It was luxurious in appearance and very pretty and elegant. The rooms were lovely and clean. But I look for practicality, functionality, good VALUE, as well as cleanliness. I won't be staying there again.

Started staying here for the night on our yearly drive to Destin from Texas. Perfect location to stop with plenty of dining options in the area. Always clean and spacious. 1st floor bar is the lace to hang out before heading to bed.

I brought my daughter and 2 grandkids. They loved the hotel! My 8 year old GD said that she wanted to live here! They were excited and kept commenting about how nice the hotel was. I loved it too! The room was clean, towels and linens were fresh, bed was comfortable, The atmosphere down stairs was fabulous (there was a very talented young man singing when we went down for supper), Breakfast was delicious and the staff were Top Shelf!
