We had a 2 night stay and it was not what I read on the reviews we got changed to 3 different rooms throughout our stay got woken up to room flooded with water from the AC unit, the pool water was hot like a hot tub would be also the hot tub didn’t work they had leaks throughout the hotel also have a mildew smell in the rooms because of leaks and what not the beds was not comfortable mattress are worn down, but other than that the front staff was great and helpful as much as possible

When we arrived to the front desk there was a drip leaking from the ceiling, the reception area looked like it need to be swept/vacuumed. When we entered our room it was clean but had a very musky smell. The AC did not work great at cooling the room but we were only staying for one night. Overall we would not stay there again. On a positive note the receptionist who was working that evening did make some wonderful restaurant suggestions for us to try.

Check In staff was pleasant. Room was nice but a bit dated. Obviously needs a refresh. AC worked awesome. Nice size TV in room but it was not even hardwired / connected…Did Not Work..line was just hanging on TV support bracket unplugged at both ends. We had arrived late so TV was not absolutely needed but would have been nice. We didn’t report it. Bistro food was good…just took longer than we had expected. Bistro atmosphere was unique.

Room was clean except found someone else’s underwear behind the bench. Only found them because I had knocked my medication out of my suitcase and it fell behind the bench. Bathroom was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would defined stay here again.

Our room was good. Onlybthe bathroom seemed to be a bit half cleaned. Towels were not neatly placed, they looked disturbed and not fresh. We did ask for fresh ones. The property's perimeter needs a touchup. Front desk was nice and polite.
