Very clean old mansion simply renovated with a 4 star real breakfast , small bufet and a cook available. 20 minutes from train station by walk and 5 minutes by bus with a stop right in front of the bed and breakfast. Very kind staff.

Everything about this stay was wonderful - from the building, to the room, the beds, and especially the service. Monica and her team were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the location of this stay was ideal - close to nearly everything. A few notes: Be aware that there is no AC, so plan accordingly - though fans, lighter bedding and bottled water were provided. My only recommendation would be to add a small mini fridge to keep the water cold. 😉

This b&b is beautifully furnished, with excellent service. The room was spacious, and well appointed with good heating and a small but clean ensuite. When I mentioned that we had some medical supplies that needed to be kept cold, Giac went above and beyond, bringing up a small fridge for our room for the stay. Instructions for entry were clear and check in was flexible. The breakfast was delicious, with excellent personalised meals and friendly staff. The location is quite good, just outside the busy centre of the city but close enough (10 mins) to walk. There is no onsite parking, and 48 hours cost just under £40 in the parking lot a few hundred metres away.

We were spoiled! What an amazing find. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Giacomo stayed in contact with us, giving information about check in, breakfast and the area. She was amazing!!! The breakfast was beautiful. There were many options to suit different tastes. Lovely winter stay

Comfortable for winter however not for a summer stay. Breakfast was lovely & very nice to have it cooked fresh. Only disappointment was that over 2 mornings we had 2 different cooks so the standard varied. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

I am probably giving it too low of a review; I was just very disappointed when we arrived. It was hard to park close, so we had to drag our luggage a long way to get there, and I was not comfortable walking on the street. The place itself was fine. We had two bedrooms in our room which was nice. The poor girl fixing breakfast for everyone was all alone; she worked very fast and hard, but that is a lot to do all at the same time.
