Location right on the beach and on the Frigate Beach Strip. Can be noisy at night from the music blasted from nearby bars until late. Property feels a bit dated.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is within walking distance to all that you need, the beach, the strip, the coffee shop. Also getting a taxi is very easy to get at this hotel as well. Rooms were clean, ac was cold, shower water was hot! Definitely a place I would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is about 10 mins from the airport, with a beach close by so there are rooms with a lovely seaview. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and there are taxis readily available if you need to go further. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I liked that there were a good collection of books in the room.

This was my second time staying here. I love the friendly, local feel compared to high end "American" style resorts. This small resort is on the Caribben side of the island with much calmer and pleasant waters than the Atlantic side. No meals are included but there is a reasonable restaurant/bar on-site. In addition there are a number of beachside restaurants/bars easily walkable. The staff couldn't have been better. They were friendly, available for help with baggage, answer questions, call taxis, etc. Caution to persons with difficulty walking, especially up and down hills. Because St Kitts is a volcanic island that comes straight out of the sea, the resort consists of multiple buildings containing 6 or 8 rooms each, scattered on the hill above the reception area. I am elderly with joint and breathing issues. The first room assigned to us was far to high on the hill for me. Receptionist was very understanding and moved us to a lower room, which was still a bit of a climb but doable. I was very impressed that they were so accommodating without question or complaint. Fortunately, it was off season and there was a lower level room available. However, if you have walking difficulties you will want to consider this. I love St Kitts and happily get the feel of their friendly local culture at the Timothy Beach Resort.

Rooms were clean and spacy; resort was close to the beach with many bars and restaurants along the shore to chose from. Towels, padded chairs and umbrellas were provided for the beach at no cost. Taxi's to take you to Basseterre or other places of the Islands were easily available.

It’s a good place to go to relax. The ov suite was spacious with great ac and water pressure. We had breakfast everyday in the room in the fully equipped kitchen. We were always able to get a lounger and it was quiet for the most part. For the first few days we were able to stay on the beach for sunset. One day there were people that used the lounge chairs that were not guests and they were arguing with people on the beach for smoking.i complained to the desk twice, finally someone came to talk to them but they didn’t leave. We were asked to leave before 5 when they were putting all the lounge chairs away but the non guests stayed until sunset with the lounge chairs. The next day the entire beach was being set up for a festival and again we were asked to leave. We weren’t informed about the festival. However, if you’re looking for a good deal, it’s a good place to stay.
