Lovely modern airy hotel, superb for pickleball comp and easy parking. Set next to several large shops for coffee, food etc Only downside was the price of food in the restaurant and nowhere close by to walk to for food and level of staff eg coffee bar only one serving and left without getting a drink due to time required to get served

Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. It was a relaxed and very comfortable way to spend 24 hours catching up with my sister. The only down points we found were that we could not open the balcony door even after a strong member of staff had done so and we felt they badly needed a garden designer to I prove the central garden area. They said that the regular gardeners would be coming in but we felt that to really make the most of that area it would need designers and some investment.

The good: Nice hotel and lovely attentive staff. The bad: Probably my incorrect expectations but was expecting room AC for a 4* The ugly: Brave the unlit path, if you dare, to get to the Chineham shopping centre. No fault of the hotel but Hampshire County Council should sort this out as its an accident waiting to happen!

Excellent check in with friendly staff. The room was mostly clean just a little unclean under the sink in the bathroom on the tiles in room 109. The bathroom flooded when using the shower and this was not just me as the wood on the bottom of the door was expended so suggests is a normal practice. The bathroom also had a wire attached to the radiator above the bath that did not look well covered. So no issues with the room but bathroom needs some love overall. Great facilities - we used the sauna and pool but we could have played tennis if staying longer. Overall 4/5 stars for me.

A pleasant hotel for a night's stay. Had everything we needed. Tea/ coffee facilities but no fridge. Small bottled water provided. Room was a little cold though. All areas of the room and bathroom was clean. Friendly staff and nice restaurant area. Menu was acceptable.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel was clean but needed to be refurbished. Bed was not made properly. TV small, and sits on a table. Air condition did not work. Bathroom very old fashiond need updating. Carpet old. No fridge in room. Our first night we did not sleep well due to noise. Restaurant staff need more training. Did not enjoy Breakfast on the first morning, very slow topping up. Hot drink machine needed upgrading. Bottle water was provided daily. Good quality bread. Breakfast was good on the second morning.
