“I’ve never given a review like this before, but I think it’s only fair for future guests. When we checked in, the smell of dampness when opening the bedroom door was so strong, it was like a slap in the face. I then walked into the bathroom and the floor was so slippy and greasy that I went flying. Luckily I managed to grab on the sink, so as not to fall. “It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

“We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests.
