“No staff but received my emails like I was supposed to with the two codes. Off street parking and a very well lit doorway and hallway. Room was clean and felt comfy to be there. I do have 2 negative remarks I feel need to be made, the room was clean however I did see a total of 3 roaches , two in the kitchen and one in bathroom. Didn’t panic on it as there is the Restaurant/store that may draw the critters but generally speaking where there’s one let alone 3 there is tons more not experiencing...

“An impeccable experience at the Hotel Since we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and very attentive, the rooms are comfortable, clean and with all the details well taken care of. The location is excellent and the environment very quiet, ideal to rest. Without a doubt, a very good hotel in which we have stayed. We'll be back without thinking twice! It's one of my favorites Thanks to the Hotel team for making our stay so special. 🙌”

“I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted.
