The location, the cleanliness and the presentation of the hotel is fantastic. But it really was brought to life by the staff, especially Daniel on reception, who went the extra mile for us at every turn. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location. Directly in the center of town, walking to restaurants and did. Most helpful staff ever. Very helpful with directions and great service. They even loaned me a dry bag for floating down the Rhine river with the locals.

The hotel is situated in the older part of the town. The location is very good. Not far from the transportation. It is an effort to walk up to the tram stop with the suitcase. The breakfast has a good selection for a hotel of this rating. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. My room bathroom door was not closing. Had to use strength to close it. No bath cloth. There are hand and bath towels. Overall, i recommend the hotel.

The location is in the heart of Basel. I requested and stayed on the floor with the balcony overlooking Barfusser Platz and recommend that. If you are traveling with a car and luggage, parking is not at the hotel. Breakfast is good with everything except, eggs/ bacon.
