Large clean, clean room is a quiet area. Staff were very, very helpful pointing us where to go walking and what to see in the city. Arrived from a river tour very early and they got us into the room early. Standard full breakfast the next morning was good.

Great stay! Hôtel was clean and staff were helpful. They were doing construction but there was no impact on stay. Laundry service available but it is 24 hour so no self service. Good location for exploring the town

The hotel room was big, clean, quiet, and air conditioned. We had four people comfortably sleep in one room. The location was perfect, at the edge of the old town and just two blocks from the river. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. Will stay again when next in Basel. A+ place.

Breakfast exceeded expectations and conveniently added to our bill. Air conditioning worked very well specially with the heat wave in Europe. Room was decent although not modern only maybe we just came off from a luxury cruise and not actually comparable. We got the right location for a hotel walkable to the main downtown for shopping and restaurants!!!!

"This hotel is in a beautiful location in the heart of Old Town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Hygiene and cleanliness were exceptionally well maintained throughout. Bus and tram stops are just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!"

Location convenient to Tram 11 stop. Walking distance to a few restaurants & small market. Bed was very firm. No coffee maker in room. A/C good in room. Lobby and restaurant were warm. Need to climb 3-4 stairs to get to small elevator. Church bell rang at 7 am both days I was there. Overall, Would rate 3/5.

The room was clean and very spacious. It is an older building so you can hear people walking above you and if you're by the stairs, there is a lot of creaking. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
