Overcharged the hotel nigth

I was overcharcharged on my stay the cost contracted with hotels.com was 78 000 colombian pesos and today when I was checking out they ask me to pay 98 000 colombian pesos 30.76 dollars please ask them to refund me the money overcharged overcharged

Close to the city center. Friendly staff. Rooms are small. Breakfast in the attached restaurant is good and cheap. Bathrooms are the kind where the shower gets the entire bathroom wet. My only real complaint is the hotel staff talks very loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night, despite signs telling you to stay quiet.

The service in the hotel was excellent and the people were very friendly. BUT we booked a room that indicated it had an air conditioner, mini fridge, coffee pot, tea pot, and table with chair as a work area and our room had NONE of that. Then when we said we wanted AC, they told us we had to pay extra for it. I pulled up my reservation which showed the room description including air conditioning and they said there was nothing that they could do about it and that we had to pay.
