“Lovely rooms”

“Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later.”

“This property is absolutely unique, a 15th century building restored and updated in a charming way. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious! Thank you for the loveliest stay of our holiday.”

“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct...

“It is a wonderful historic building with golf course in beautiful grounds. The hotel's defining feature is the pool, spa and gym facilities, which are well maintained and of very high standard. If this does not interest you, don't stay here. It seems like the primary business focus of the hotel is to host weddings and large celebratory events. “Ordered a cappuccino at the bar and they had no chocolate sprinkles and said they dont use them, strange gor a hotel of your calibre. The breakfast buffet was really good a nice selection.”
