“This property is ridden by bedbugs. I stayed in the room 217 and there were bedbugs all over the room. Once I saw this, I decided to cancel my booking and asked for a refund. They initially accepted it and told me I would get a check in the mail, but then denied it on the grounds that they had checked the room and nothing was found, while I have the photos and videos that bedbugs were in the room and were on the bed, on my clothes and had bit me as well. Apparently to them, I had lied about it....
