“Really liked the leisure facilities. However 1st room we stayed in number 7 was very hot, toilet very difficult to flush. 2nd room number 12 was a much better temperature, however next door room very audible due to interconnecting rooms. And very long dark hairs left in shower. Very small window too, in room 12 with a lack of day light in the room. Breakfast very average at best, food been left under lights for a longtime. Spilt milk on the floor in the breakfast room, on the first morning...

“Located right in the bailgate. Great apartment, easy check in. Literally two minutes from the cathedral. Very relaxed apartment well furnished. I stay in Lincoln a lot and this is now my preferred place to stay. Host is located in the shop below so very easy to deal with if you have an issue (We didnt have any issues). Highly reccomended.”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”
