“What a great hotel. Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Room was lovely, clean, good value, great location and ambience, but the service and food were even better. I had early starts both mornings of my stay and it was not too much bother for Helen on the front desk and Paul?, the chef to open the kitchen slightly early for me. The food was wonderful and good value and Helen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what an independent hotel / restaurant should be like. Thanks...

“Room was immaculate, amazing view of the zoo. Fully stocked with tea coffee and hot chocolate and jammy dodgers were a win for my son. Staff are so friendly and helpful… I put a note in my booking comments that this was a surprise from Santa brought by the elf, asked if a note could be put in the room ( did not think it would be read) There was a card from Santa on the bed when we got in the room…Christmas magic ”
