“Budget price - budget quality. We stayed here due to location and that they were pet friendly. Paid extra for a pet to stay - perhaps would have negotiated on that if I knew how bad the room smelt of cigarette. As a non-smoker it was overwhelming. Being an older room there is plenty that could be picked apart - we only required a clean bed though as we had a full adgenda elsewhere and at the price we were not expecting 5 star accomodation. Access to our room was good.”

“The property is dated and in need of a face lift. Spa bath unuseable as it had multiple cracks. Air conditionerneeded maintenance and cleaning Room cupboards and hardware aged. View from King Spa room was brick walls and car park. Restaurant menu was boring, the usual tired offerings, not worth even trying. Reception staff were helpful.”
