The location is perfect! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go all within an hour walk. It is super close to public transport making getting around super easy (super easy to get to and from the airport using public transport as well!). The one thing I will say is the rooms are on the smaller side, but we were hardly ever in the room beside to sleep.

The location turned out to be great for what we were looking for - near enough to the beaches of La Barceloneta, very close to metro & bus stops for the attractions we wanted to see and within walking distance of so much else. They also let you store your luggage at the hotel to work around your check-in/out schedule.

Right in the thick of things and most sights we wanted to see were walking distance. Staff was excellent. Stored our luggage for us to venture out, made recommendations for local coffee shop and bus for sight seeing. Even offered a luggage scale for us to balance out our luggage for our international flight home. Would recommend and would stay again.

The rooms were small but clean. It was three ladies in a small room with large suitcases. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights prior to flying to Nice and returned for a night before our flight back to the USA. The Hotel is in a good location and in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay at the location again but I would also get a larger room.

My sister and I stayed here two weeks ago. When we arrived, the hotel was experiencing issues with the air conditioning. To make up for the inconvenience, our breakfast was complimentary for the first two days. Because there was no clear timeline for when the AC would be repaired, the staff arranged for us to be transferred to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. Throughout the situation, the staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. They communicated with us regularly and worked hard to make the transition as smooth as possible. The hotel is in a great location, with convenient access to the metro and many nearby attractions. While the AC issue was unfortunate, we appreciated the excellent customer service and the efforts made to ensure we were taken care of.
