The room was modern and comfortable. 24hr room service was excellent, fast and affordable. Perfect for jet lagged appetites first day/ night. The restaurants are all excellent. I don’t normally write reviews. I feel compelled to tell others not to waste your time / money on this hotel. Rooms were nice enough for the price point, but absolutely loud at all hours of day and night . Sounds from hallway , above , below were terrible. We booked with the plan of using the pool on last day of trip . What a small pool and all 20 chair/ loungers taken up or blocked all afternoon with no one around. Asked the servers for help and useless . Check in / out lines Brutal !!

Nice five star hotel with 4 places to eat drink and mainly very helpful staff. Peruvian restaurant on top floor very good indeed and there is also an open air terrace seating 70 or 80 with beautiful views from probably the highest point for at least two miles; you can see the sea and the mountains. Unfortunately the terrace was booked for a private party for two nights during our week long stay, so be aware that this might happen to you too. The steak house was good and the tapas bar outside was good too. Rooms very clean and maids did a great job cleaning whenever we weren't there. One reception staff member was extraordinarily helpful with my booking when we checked in and a different one was a bit sniffy when we queried the local tax when we checked out. The coffee shop serves brilliant coffee and is a great choice for an alternative light breakfast, I can especially recommend their club sandwiches on focaccia bread. I also liked the innovative lift calling system. I have one small moan which is that the swimming pool is small. But I'd stay here again.
