We enjoyed the central location of this hotel, although surrounded by dirty streets to hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. It gave easy access to many aspects of the old quarter and was very close to the subway which we used frequently. We loved the little patio off the room that gave us some access to the outdoors. The room was compact, but efficient.

We were in Barcelona for one night and our stay was perfect. A clean room and comfortable bed! All we needed after a long flight! Francisco at check was so nice. He found us a room and helped us escape the monsoon that was happening outside.

Location is great. Staff is awesome but taxi and Uber can’t pick you up there. You have to go to its sister California Hotel. It’s only across the plaza, but if you have to leave early morning it could be a little dangerous especially Friday early morning or weekend.

Beautiful room! Exactly as shown in the pictures! Pristine And a great location! The streets below can be noisy on an evening due to its lively location, so earplugs would be a good investment! We did an contactless check in that was really convenient and easy! Upon checkout we left our luggage at the sister hotel California and the staff were lovely! Would definitely stay again!

Difficult to register and check in as the Hamsa House is separated from where you check in. My husband is disabled so navigating the small elevator and halls proved to be problematic. Excellent location in the Gothic Section of Barcelona with easy access to shops and restaurants.
