Great location, Great room, common area, excellent breakfast. A minor critique is to provide natural unleaded juices like plain orange, or pineapple etc instead of natural blends.

Phenomenal hotel. Brilliant location in Gothic. Amazing history: this hotel is like a museum built on top of Roman ruins that they preserved so guests can see. Comfortable bed and shower - I'm 6'5" and had no issues. Brilliant very friendly and efficient service. Check in was fast and easy. Room was whisper quiet at night. Beautiful walk out balcony. Definitely get breakfast included as it's the best breakfast we had in Europe.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area, making it easy to explore everything. It can be a little noisy at night because of people on the street, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind, but it wasn't a problem for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was spotless and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
