Really well maintained and immaculate room. Quiet area but close to a lot of good restaurants and the Cadillac Mtn entrance to Acadia. It doesn't have luxury amenities but does have great snacks and excellent breakfast delivered daily. Amazing value for our Acadia trip. Highly recommend.

Unique in that breakfast is ordered with delivery to table outside your door as well as central room with ice, free drinks and free snacks. Quiet area. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The property is not in downtown Bar Harbor, instead just a 2-3 minute drive away. The free island bus stops right across the street. Great for access to Bar Harbor but not part of the throngs of people. It is a 3-4 minute drive to the Visitor Center and the Park Loop of Acadia National Park. Very quiet and very clean. Keypad locks on every room door. Designated parking spot right in front of your room. Dehumidifier in the room. Free water, coffee, sodas, popcorn, and chocolate chip cookies in the center building. Free breakfast delivered to your room every morning from 7:30 to 8:30am. The only issue is the floor of our room was uneven and sloped down to the bathroom. Minor, but worth mentioning. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
