Carpets need cleaning. My socks were black after walking in the room one day.

The hotel was wonderful! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the check-in process. When we arrived, only one out of about twenty check-in computers was working, and there were only two staff members assisting guests. The line was extremely long, probably around 50 people, so check-in took much longer than expected. Other than that, everything was great!

The pool was excellent however the water was freezing. The king bed was a great size but very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed that they didn’t have the room I’d paid for on the first night. We were put into the Royal tower for one night which smelt very bad and was very dated. When we questioned the receptionist she refunded us one night resort fee and made it like she done us a favour. The inconvenience of having to wait in the queue again the next day to get the room we booked was not really ideal. Then had to move our cases etc.
