Lovely Hotel, with a great first impression. Morden looking and equipped. The Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team, were great by always maintaining the room clean. The food was nice with great selection. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again

We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.

Arrived to find the hotel has small parking lot and could not accommodate. Given disability, this was frustrating. Staff did not care and saif to just park on street. Finally in room, and feels lije sauna. Call reception for assistance and nobone shows up.

Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had breakfast included, we will not be visiting this hotel ever again.

Good looking hotel but not a pleasant stay.

Room was ok very warm. Spa is average. Not in great condition. Only one working sauna and was great. Pool was warm and pleasant to use. Steam room was working but smelling terrible. Moisture is everywhere. Restorant is not very welcoming food was ok but not excellent. The fire place does smoke and smells everywhere in the communal area.

Great spa facilities not far from main ski gondola

Short walk to the bars/restaurants in the main area of town. Far enough away to be nice and quiet. Facilities were good, particularly the spa facilities. WiFi wasn't great in the room. Staff were reasonably friendly.
