Bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel côté parties communes mais les chambres auraient besoin d un rafraîchissement. Il reste néanmoins d un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le staff est très sympa et efficace et donne de bons conseils sur les excursions à faire. Le petit-déjeuner est varié.

The hotel lobby is still under construction, but other equipment are good. It will be better if the location could be closer to the Duta Mall.

Feel like home

I recently check out, the hotel was very nice. The service was very warm and nice. The room and bathroom was very clean. I think the value added this hotel was free fitness center and sauna. My only critics was the breakfast not much choices of the menu altough the the taste and service was good. Overall if i go to Banjarmasin again I will stay at Rattan Inn and recommend this hotel.

A resort in the city.

My wife and I had a perfect stay all thanks to Rattan Inn and their very professional staff. The hotel has a resort atmosphere. Beautiful pool and fitness centre. Very modern and equipped with brand new gym equipment. We had a special time at Rattan Inn because we had family members reunited for first time for many years apart. The staff at Rattan Inn made it a very special time for us. The hotel was fully booked and they went to extra efforts to accommodate all our family together. Thank You Rattan Inn. Highly recommended for business or family. Well done.
