Location right outside pratunam market, many shopping options. There are also many 7-eleven, eateries, cafes and street food around. It rained during our stay and managed to borrow umbrellas from the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet is basic - Thai cuisine, pancakes, bread, salad, fruits etc. Unfortunately, the cleaniness of our room can be improved. Our room toilet sink has a lot of ants and seems to be hidding inside the gaps between the sink and counter top. No room slippers provided, but you can request from reception.

A good hotel in a horrible area. From the pictures you would assume the hotel’s surroundings match its interior. The neighbourhood is very chaotic: cars going either way, motorbikes charging down the road, people walking in the middle of the road and market stalls all in the same confined area. It was quite dangerous. You must stay alert at all times. My children's feet were almost run over by careless drivers on many occasions.

What you see might not be what you get! -Triple RM

1. WIFI not working. 2. Booked a "TRIPLE" room but given an extra bed. What you see from expedia image is different from what you get. Frontdesk staff may accede to your request (shift the bed to the right) but nothing was done. EVERYTHING OK OK. 3. Housekeeping expect guest to change the EMPTY toilet paper by themselves by leaving on the new toilet paper on the table top.

Reception - Rude and don't allow late check out Entrance - Do not have any bell boy to help in opening the door and carrying the luggage. Breakfast - Minimum selection of food. Doesn't setup utensils on the table and you have to get it yourself. Coffee and tea doesn't serve to you by the waiter & waitress. Room stay - Doesn't provide toothbrush and comb. Corridor doesn't have any air conditioning. Switches are laid far from the bed.Requested for additional pillow from reception but being turned down by the staff.

Booked prepaid 02 confirmed nights over Chinese New Year of the Dog. Room was booked weeks in advance. Arrived 8pm+ and discovered that hotel has no room. Reason due to faulty electrical and renovation. Transferred to a new hotel 6min in walking(deeper into the dark streets) low sound of train can be heard in room in late evening/nite The next morning the manager came over on time and informed that they are unable to get a room for 2nd night. Our taxi driver also got lost in the dark streets when returning to this hotel. Calling this hotel for location was not effective. Also received information that transfer of guest is not the first time. Guess there are fortunate and unfortunate customers. Classify myself on one end of the bell curve. FYI this is my first review of any hotel after so many years

Good hotel

The hotel facilities and everything is good but the cab that you found for us just scammed us. We wanted to go to survambhumi airport and we have told that we want to go to this airport to the driver. The driver say okay okay and bought us to don Mueang airport. When we were on the way, we saw don muaeng airport, we clarify with him is it the suvambhumi airport and he said yes. We reached the place and the person told us that it is the suvambhumi airport. But the word survambhumi cannot be seen anywhere in the airport. Also, the cab driver said that we told him don muaeng airport but we have never once mentioned about this airport. We left at 6.15 and we only reach the right airport at 8. Our supposed fee is only 500 baht and we paid 800 baht for the cab and 200 baht for the tolls. Did you find a driver to scam us? It really felt intentional on the driver side as we have mentioned many times that we wants to go to suvambhumi airport. One aspect that can be done better is that your employee can tell the cab driver again to ensure that he goes to the right place such that such issue will not occur again. Other than this scammed case, the rest of the hotel is fine.

Wrote in requesting for early check in at least 1 week earlier from arrival but there was no response from hotel. Check with front desk and they were not interested in answering my Enquiry just tried to push me off by ignoring the qns. Front line request for a security deposit ~SGD$50 but this was not stated in the booking website and obviously I’m not happy since the extra money I have is for contingency usage when I’m overseas! Should have let me know earlier so I can prepare in advance rather than catching me off guard. The kettle in the room was dirty and I have to request for a change but still as bad. the kettle cover can hardly be covered. Any attempt to use it was like trying to set off a bomb. Pillow cases has stains on them and hotel towels has strains of cotton coming off the towels ( super used towels) and they are still using it. My pillow cover is stained with some brown stuff and they didn’t realize? The double bed combine into one queen size bed was strange... the power point was so far away that I can’t charge my phone while leaving on my bed and yet they only provide 1 bedside table... on the day of Check out, at 12.40pm i went up to the room to realize that our card access was denied. Went down to front desk again and they just say it a technical glitch & I for another 10 mins allowance since they have caused inconvenience and delay to us and the staff response was PLS BE ON TIME AS LATE CHECK OUT IS ALREADY AN PRIVILEDGE.

Walking distance from BTS, but the route to hotel was really difficult to walk. Streets and roads are really crowded and narrow. However the hotel itself is really nice. Definitely will come back again
