Hotel is in excellent condition and at a very convenient location in the heart of Bangkok. Easy access to Sky train Chit Lim and Siam stations and shopping malls nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and higher floor with our Gold membership. Room was clean and impeccable. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. The buffet breakfast and the two restaurants are incredible. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by Kati, a front desk associate, who helped with my seamless check in and throughly explained all the amenities the hotel offered guests. I had several requests of the navigators and the were some of the best in the hotels where I have stayed over the years. The Head Navigator, Mr. O assisted me with finding drivers on a couple of occasions including my ride to the airport after check out. The drivers he found for me cost less than Grab drivers. Then there was Navigator Geo. Everyday he went above and beyond to assist me with all the requests I made of him on how to get around Bangkok or to find a local store for some item I needed. Kati, Geo and Mr. O made me feel more like family than as just a hotel guest. They all greeted me warmly every time I entered or exited the lobby. I look forward to my next trip to Bangkok and staying here and seeing them again!!
